Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Manage phone inquiries, emails, and messages with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle front desk operations, including check-outs, billing, and payment processing.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and general inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process reservations and update guest profiles in our property management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We are happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be fluent in English.
