Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, resolving guest inquiries and requests.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide directions or local recommendations to visitors.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Process payments and post charges to guest accounts accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel software is a plus but not required.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting luggage.
