Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide warm, friendly, and professional greetings to arriving guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Reservation Management: Assist with answering phone calls and emails to manage room bookings and inquiries.
- Front Desk Operations: Operate hotel management software to update guest information and process payments accurately.
- Reception Support: Relay messages, handle luggage, and provide local directions or recommendations.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous hotel or customer service experience is not required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hotel property management systems.
