As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and any special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
