Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation modifications and optimize room allocations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints using service recovery protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and dining packages to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
