Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and common spaces.
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries regarding local amenities and services.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management software quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality or customer service background is a plus.
