- Communication: Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Reception Support: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Problem Solving: Assist guests with requests, from local recommendations to room maintenance issues, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
