Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries via email and in-person, and relay messages accurately.
- Administrative: Process credit card payments, maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS), and manage mail and faxes.
- Facilities: Monitor the front desk area, assist with luggage storage, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to the Manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hotel or customer service experience is not required. A positive attitude is a must!
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or hotel software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Availability: Must be reliable and punctual.
