Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and reporting maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., using a POS system or email).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
