- process check-ins and check-outs accurately using property management software.
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- assist with mail distribution, package handling, and local recommendations for guests.
- handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- assist in light administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are necessary.
