Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and poise.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk area and lobby.
- Providing guests with local recommendations, directions, and information about hotel amenities.
- Resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Processing payments and verifying guest credentials accurately.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate hotel software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
