Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, transferring calls, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist visitors with directions and inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle cash handling and basic cashier duties accurately.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software quickly.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a varying schedule, including weekends and holidays.
