- Guest Relations: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, visitors, and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Reception Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering multi-line phones, directing calls, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Information Management: Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and directions with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Handle basic guest concerns and escalate complex issues to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
