Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route them to the appropriate departments or take detailed messages.
- Administrative Support: Manage the reception area, including sorting and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Office Management: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of visitor logs and communications.
- Inquiries: Handle general inquiries regarding company services and provide accurate information to guests.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for eager learners; prior receptionist experience is a plus but not mandatory.
