Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet strict hotel standards.
- Manage and organize linen supplies, including making beds and folding linens efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including maintenance issues, housekeeping needs, and general inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals and amenities, reporting shortages to management.
- Ensure the safety and security of guest properties and hotel premises at all times.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
