- Assist with guest requests, including concierge services, luggage handling, and local recommendations.
- Monitor the reception area to ensure cleanliness and maintain a professional appearance.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
