Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors warmly.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local directions, and services.
- Perform light administrative duties, data entry, and filing as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a polite, professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid government-issued ID.
