Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and room assignments through our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Provide local area recommendations and assistance to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
