Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house functions to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue through strategic upselling and operational efficiency.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to maintain high service standards.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, handle high-profile inquiries, and resolve complex complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and company policies at all times.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and promote special events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong crisis management skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
