Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests immediately upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Operate the multi-line phone system to route calls and take accurate messages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage credit card transactions securely.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and mail sorting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
