Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and directing calls efficiently.
- Handle mail, packages, and faxes for guests and staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including verifying identity and collecting payments.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Update guest records in the property management system (PMS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
