Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, and local attractions.
- Process payments accurately and balance cash registers at the end of each shift.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as room service, wake-up calls, or luggage storage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby space.
- Handle minor guest complaints or issues and escalate them to the manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude with a strong desire to serve others.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating windows/macOS) is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs) for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
