Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and maintain cleanliness standards in public areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Collaborate with the culinary and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS) is an asset.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
