Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Reservation Management: Assist with managing reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction and optimize room availability.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services promptly and accurately using our PMS.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues with grace and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
- Administrative Operations: Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and perform daily front desk operations efficiently.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, acting as the primary point of contact for hotel information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred, but we welcome exceptional candidates with a strong service mindset.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance, a courteous attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
