Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, answering questions and providing information about local attractions and amenities.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process reservations, manage check-in and check-out procedures with speed and accuracy using property management software.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and filing as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude over experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
