Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out of their rooms.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and manage guest correspondence.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including handling payments and processing invoices.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process credit card payments and manage the cash drawer accurately and securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No prior hospitality experience necessary; we provide full training for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and possess a "can-do" attitude.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
