Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests as they arrive and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and grace, ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor.
- Operational Support: Manage the switchboard, answer emails, and assist with reservations and room assignments.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area, ensure the safety of guests and property, and follow all security protocols.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance needs and housekeeping requests to ensure the facility is pristine.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system and prepare daily reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Availability: Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new property management software quickly.
