- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
