- Operations: Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately while managing the front desk reception area.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, handle reservations, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Property Maintenance: Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills are preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
