Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage all front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and efficiency to maintain 5-star satisfaction ratings.
- Process payments accurately using hotel management systems and credit card terminals.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming lobby area and front desk.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge assistance to travelers and business guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, inventory checks, and key management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is preferred but not required for qualified entry-level candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
