Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, checking them in/out efficiently, and answering inquiries about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Reservations: Manage the reservation system accurately, process new bookings, modify existing reservations, and handle cancellations with precision.
- Front Office Operations: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and balance the daily house bank.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Security & Access: Monitor access cards, ensure room keys are distributed correctly, and adhere to all hotel security protocols.
- Information Dissemination: Keep the lobby area organized, maintain lobby cleanliness, and distribute information regarding hotel services and policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) and basic computer applications.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Availability: Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
