Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using resort management software
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with accuracy
- Process payments and maintain secure financial transaction records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for special requests
- Provide local area recommendations and activity information to guests
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance and organized documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and geography
- Valid driver's license for occasional errand runs
