Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) for inventory and reporting
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record (if required for errands)
