Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for 50+ guests daily
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing with precision using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns proactively with creative solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and concierge teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate shift reports and cash handling procedures
- Upsell premium rooms, dining packages, and local experiences
- Execute emergency protocols with calm professionalism during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, RoomRack)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Valid Colorado hospitality alcohol certification (TIPS)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and late shifts
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
