Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling mail.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Support other team members during peak hours as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Current high school student or recent graduate preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are required.
