Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, including verifying identification and processing payments accurately.
- Reception Support: Answer incoming calls with a polite and courteous tone, redirecting calls or taking messages as needed.
- Front Office Operations: Monitor the lobby area, assist visitors with directions, and handle incoming mail and packages.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system and perform light administrative duties.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve any minor issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Professionalism: A neat, professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
- Reliability: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
