Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, utilizing hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist with room assignments, key cards, and billing inquiries to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
