Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and managing the front desk operations efficiently.
- Answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate departments promptly.
- Assisting with check-in/check-out procedures and handling reservations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Processing payments and handling inquiries regarding services and amenities.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly attitude.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent is preferred.
