Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service to all guests, residents, and visitors.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and general concierge services.
- Address guest complaints or requests efficiently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
