Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage high-volume phone lines and email inquiries with professionalism and poise.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Process reservations, maintain guest profiles, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby areaβs cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Support special events and other departmental duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or hospitality certificate preferred.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
