Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression of the hotel.
  • Check-In/Out: Efficiently process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and room key assignments using the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and guest requests with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy.

  • Security: Monitor the front desk area and hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable using computers and familiar with property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
