Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications via phone/email/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest account records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance revenue
- Maintain a clean, professional front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera a plus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
