Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries with local expertise and personalized recommendations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using our 5-star service protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize Opera property management system efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation systems
- Fluency in English; multilingual candidates strongly preferred
