Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Manage room assignments and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols and manage key inventory
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or similar
- Strong computer literacy with reservation software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
