Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and security measures during all shifts.
- Assist in scheduling staff and conducting shift briefings.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or front desk supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Clean background check required.
