Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for seamless operations
- Execute emergency protocols and ensure guest safety during all shifts
- Maintain detailed shift logs and report operational discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred (not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
