- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through check-in/out procedures, concierge services, and personalized recommendations
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) for real-time operational updates
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, RoomRack)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and transportation
- Valid driver's license (for local errands)
