Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring all guest requests are addressed promptly.
- Process payments accurately using the Property Management System (PMS) and handle cash handling with strict attention to detail.
- Monitor security cameras and front entrances to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
