Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all visitors and guests entering the facility.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and direct them to their destinations.
- Mail and Packages: Sort, deliver, and log incoming mail and packages promptly.
- Security Duties: Monitor building access points and assist in maintaining a secure environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks, filing, and data entry as needed.
- Shift Coverage: Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior front desk or hospitality experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Must present a neat, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
