Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival with a smile.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes, including ID verification.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages to guests and staff members.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
